My Teacher

A cloudy day one Monday morning,
Smiling my teacher says, dear students we have a test,
To the classroom, I go rushing, never ask or complain,

Listen for question, surly she wants us to attain something.

At the classroom, she sits at the center,
Smart, decisive, fair leading us well,
Test papers I receive - Science, Math, Hekasi tests.
Train yourselves, let's win, our oneself and must be the best.

She praises our little accomplishments,
A leader who assists, a model, a brother or a sister.
Welfare of the school and students, she prioritizes.
Professional growth of her teaching, she emphasizes.

She is my teacher, simple but brilliant teacher,
Supportive, innovative, and multi-awarded achiever.
Principles, integrity, she treasures are,
My Teacher merits my salute, now and forever.
